For a magical 20-30 minutes of rest, set the mood: Roll on some essential oils, spritz your sheets with a dreamy linen spray, turn on white noise (they have some amazing apps out there!) and darken the room just a little bit. If you’ve got your diffuser you can turn that on too!

🌿 ROLLER BLENDS: All recipes are for a 10mL roller. Fill with carrier + Apply to bottom of the feet, spine before napping and bedtime.

This is our favorite linen spray for sleep!
We love how quick and easy it easy to make this. Literally takes just a few minutes.
Add to a 4 ounce glass spray bottle:
+ 1 tbsp witch hazel
+ 15 drops lavender
+ 15 drops cedar wood
+ 10 drops gentle baby
+ top with filtered or distilled water
Adjust to your preference, spritz and enjoy!
