Emotional Education : Joy

February is the month of love, and since the most important Love is the <3 we give to ourselves, I'm sharing four oils in the month of February that can help you grow in self-love, freedom, and self-confidence <3 - Eryn Jones

EMOTIONAL USES FOR JOY:

  • For when you feel Disappointment. Sometimes we set goals, but they don't turn out exactly like we thought they would and a low vibe sets in. The opposite of this feeling, energetically, is Freedom! Specifically freedom to do what you want and accomplish your goals. So rubbing joy on as perfume or over the throat area while thinking the phrase "I trust my vision" can be a big confidence boost in this area.

  • For when you feel Self-Doubt. Sometimes the worries we focus on rob us of our Joy. The opposite of self-doubt is a Still, Calm, Peaceful Confidence. Joy over our hearts helps get us there.

  • For when you feel Self-Judgement. You know the saying "the measure you use...." I think this applies to how we judge ourselves. If we find that we are judging others a lot more frequently, it most likely stems from strong inner judgements. This is convicting for me because I'm the hardest on myself! So if you are like me, and want to increase your self-esteem and self-regard, then use Joy over your throat and wrists for Discernment. Turning off the negative inner voices when they come up!
