Oil Infused Dalgona Coffee

This is no April Fool's joke! I had never heard of Dalgona Coffee until last week but it intrigued me. Seems like the world hadn’t heard of it until just a few short weeks ago when the Corona Virus hit. Isn’t it funny how creative we get when we’re forced to slow down?

So you’re probably wondering what it is! The name was inspired by Dalgona which is a Korean sponge candy because the fluffy texture is reminiscent of the candy before it is baked.

Of course I had to 💧oil it up! I used Cinnamon Bark vitality for a little spice and and it was SO YUMMY! I’m sure Thieves, Peppermint or Lavender would be amazing! -Erin Jones

ITEMS NEEDED:

Immersion Blender with whisk attachment

1 T Instant Coffee

1 T Hot water

1-2 t sweetener (I used Monkfruit)

1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality

Any variety of milk (almond, cashew, regular)

Grab a small bowl or an 8oz jelly jar and add sweetener, coffee, and hot water. Blend with immersion blender for 1-2 minutes until it is light and fluffy. Pour milk into a glass and top with the coffee mixture. Don’t forget a straw!

If you try it, come back and post a picture and tell us what oil you used!
