In November and December we are most likely to be socializing more, sleeping less and spending more. Here are some tips to easily incorporate self care during this season. -Katie Weber

PROTECT YOUR SLEEP

  • Cut back on caffeine after 2pm

  • No screen time at least 1 hour before bed


EXERCISE DAILY
