I say this every year, but when it starts to get warmer I want all the foods either on the grill or that don’t require cooking. The best part is, either way, I want lots of dressings and marinades with lots of flavors! This one is easy, light, and delicious and you have the oil to use right from your Starter Kit! -Lauren Dunaway

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • 2 – 3 tbsp sesame oil

  • ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • 2 – 3 tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave syrup

  • 4 drops Lemon Vitality

  • 1 drop Black Pepper Vitality (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium glass or stainless bowl whisk all the sauce ingredients together, taste, and add a little more lemon oil and honey, if desired and set aside or chill until ready to serve.

That's it! One-step and you're done! You can use it on salads or drizzled over grains during the week. It's also great over fish, chicken or tofu. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
