Daily Habits for Staying Healthy
We all know how important it is to wash our hands, use hand sanitizer, remove shoes at home, etc. but here are a few other daily habits you can start to keep your body functioning well!
WARM LEMON WATER OR BONE BROTH
One of my favorite parts of my morning routine is warming some water with Lemon Vitality - SO good for the liver and immune system! Citrus oils are cold pressed from the rind of the fruit, making them alkaline - not acidic!
Another option is to heat up a mug of organic or homemade bone broth, and add in Oregano and Thyme Vitality for more immune support! Take a toothpick and place it inside the oil bottle, then swirl into the broth.
MORNING WELLNESS SHOT
One thing I love doing after some lemon water in the morning is a wellness shot! Cassia is a great addition as this specific type of cinnamon has wonderful health benefits!
2-4oz organic apple or pineapple juice or to taste
1 drop Thieves Vitality
Optional: 1 drop Cassia
Optional: dash of organic cayenne pepper
