Oil Infused Recipe : Lime-Ginger Aioli
Aioli is fancy mayonnaise if you’ve never had it before, and I’m sure it has a reason for being named that but I love any fancy mayo and this one sounded delicious! You could use it for a dip or on top of turkey or salmon burgers! *
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 – 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 – 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ – 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 drops Lime Vitality
1 drop Ginger Vitality (use the toothpick method here, it’s a strong oil!)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a glass or stainless bowl and stir well to combine.
Taste and add more soy sauce, sweetener, or oils if you want more of a certain flavor!
Serve immediately or chill for up to 5 days.
Some recipe notes: If you use coconut aminos you might be able to omit the sweetener; You could add fresh lemon juice to this recipe for more zing; and if you’d rather use this more like a salad dressing you could add a little bit of water or vinegar to it to thin it out!
