Travel Wellness Protocol
Here’s a plane-ready wellness protocol using what you already have (or can easily grab), designed to be discreet, effective, and not weird to use in public.

• Small, TSA-friendly bottle—keep in your personal item.

• Apply to neck, chest, and bottoms of feet before heading to the airport.
• Reapply during the flight if you’re feeling stale or tense.
• Bonus: it smells good and won’t bother seatmates.

• Start taking daily 3 days before your flight
• Continue daily while traveling and for a few days after
