New Year Habit : Pre-filling Your Diffuser

I know today is sort of the "unofficial" start to the new year for a lot of you so I wanted to start a new series on habits! Simple habits we can incorporate to bring wellness and joy to our homes!

First habit: Pre-filling your diffusers!

Your tomorrow self will always thank you for this. Go around every night with a carafe of water and fill your diffusers and then add your favorite oils!
